7. Cookies and similar technologies
YoUni currently uses essential session technology required to authenticate users, maintain signed-in state, remember certain product state, and protect the Service. YoUni also uses limited first-party telemetry to understand product usage and public traffic. YoUni does not currently rely on broad ad-tech or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies for the core beta product experience.
8. Sharing and disclosure
YoUni does not sell personal information for money. YoUni does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
YoUni may disclose information:
- To hosting, infrastructure, payment, email, AI, security, and support providers that assist operation of the Service

9. Retention
YoUni retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain account and course records, support security and audit obligations, support billing and dispute handling, resolve legal issues, enforce agreements, or comply with legal requirements. Because YoUni is a beta platform, retention practices may evolve as the business and operational requirements mature.
10. Minors
- YoUni is not intended for children under 13.
- Users under 18 must have parent, guardian, or authorized school permission to use the Service.
- If YoUni learns that an under-13 user provided personal information without valid authorization, YoUni may disable the account and delete related data as appropriate.
11. Security
YoUni uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect the Service and account data. No internet or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, and YoUni cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or breach will never occur.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or similar controls. Use the privacy request page to submit a request.
YoUni may need to verify your identity, deny or limit requests as permitted by law, or retain certain information where legally required or operationally necessary.
Marketing email is optional and can be turned off through the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or the unsubscribe page. Transactional, security, billing, and legally required notices may still be sent.
13. International use and transfers
YoUni operates from and uses infrastructure in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where YoUni or its service providers operate.
14. Changes to this policy
YoUni may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted or otherwise communicated to you, subject to any additional notice required by applicable law.
15. Contact
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, use the privacy request page or the support page.
This policy is a stronger beta-stage privacy baseline, not legal advice. YoUni should still have counsel review actual business operations, payment flows, entity structure, international reach, and school/minor workflows before making broad compliance claims.
