Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

YoUni materials
The YoUni platform, brand, code, structure, course content, textbooks, graphics, assessments, generated materials, and other platform materials are owned by YoUni or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and related laws. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, mirror, or commercially exploit those materials except as expressly permitted by YoUni in writing.
User submissions
You may submit only material you have the right to submit. You are responsible for your submissions and for any infringement, privacy, or contract issues arising from them.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on YoUni infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, submit a notice through the support page with the subject line Copyright Notice and include:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the work you believe is infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- A statement that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, if applicable
YoUni response
YoUni may remove, disable, investigate, or restrict access to challenged material and may terminate repeat infringers or other users who repeatedly violate rights or platform rules.
